Common questions
- I clicked Connect engine and nothing happened.
- Make sure the FishXpress Studio Connector is installed and enabled in Chrome, then refresh the studio page and click Connect engine again.
- I closed the sign-in window by mistake.
- No problem — click Connect engine again and a new sign-in window opens.
- I don't use Chrome.
- The one-click connector works in Chrome, Edge, Brave and other Chromium browsers. On another browser, contact us and we'll help you connect.
- My generated clip disappeared.
- Clips are kept for 7 days and then deleted automatically. Download anything you want to keep from Generation History.
- My voice upload was rejected.
- Uploads must be MP3, WAV, M4A, OGG or FLAC and 4 MB or less in total. Recordings can be up to 30 seconds.
